Eric and Karla Oswald
Eric Oswald came to Shell Knob as a young man with his parents and brothers in 1972. His father, Wally Oswald, was a Master Carpenter in Germany, and Wally had learned the trade from his own father. In fact, the heritage of fine, skilled carpentry goes back several generations in the Oswald family, and Eric is the beneficiary of this heritage.As a teen, Eric began helping his father construct area homes, and Wally Oswald established an excellent reputation in Shell Knob for fine quality and attention to detail, a trait he passed down to his sons. Eric eventually took over the business when his father decided to retire.
For over 25 years, Eric Oswald has been carrying on the Oswald family heritage of quality. Whether it's a new home, an addition or a remodel, Eric puts 100% of his care and attention into every aspect of the job. He works closely with each customer to ensure that their dreams are realized.
