Oswald is a builder with integrity.  He is descended from a long line of Old World carpenters and builders, going back several generations.  His father, Wally Oswald, built many homes in the Table Rock Lake area, and Eric began as a young boy helping his father and learning the trade.  Wally Oswald developed a reputation as a builder of quality homes at a reasonable price.  Eric has carried on his father's tradition, and in over twenty-five years, has built the Oswald quality into many homes and buildings in the area.
